4 Podcasts That Will Inspire, Inform and Entertain You That Are Made In Montreal

In 2018, more than ever you want to optimize your time. We want to stay informed, to be productive and to work on our personal growth. One of the best way I found an answer for all this: podcast. I strongly suggest listening to podcasts on a daily basis since they are literally thousands of podcasts online that talks about news, arts, business, technology, food, and more. Podcasts are the way to go if you want to feel inspired, stay informed and optimize your time. This is why I want to take the time today to cover 4 podcasts that are MADE IN MONTREAL.

1. THE INFLUENCE PODCAST

The first podcast I want to cover is the Influence Podcast hosted by my good friend Thierry Lindor. This is a nomadic podcast that goes alongside with the Influence Orbis events. One of the main concept that they cover is that entrepreneurs bring value to their companies while influencers bring value to their communities! This podcast featured some big names such as Gary Vee, Angel Rich, Casey Neistat, Charlamagne Tha God, Grant Cardone and more… ( and me, hear the episode HERE). This podcast is interviewing and engaging their guests to discuss about their business and lifestyle. This is the podcast that will get you inspired to do more with your business and to learn more about the path of many influencers. You can give it a listen on Itunes, Soundcloud and see the live videos on their Youtube Channel.

2. WATTBO – What A Time To Be Online

An unconventional ”podcast that gives you a contemporary perspective on today’s culture, top experience from photography, influencer marketing, social media, and wellness”. I personally enjoy this podcast hosted by Naskademi and Marcus Troy (previously featured in how to succeed on social media) because every week they bring cool guests such as MICK, Stephanie Arthur and Daniele-Jocelyne from Female Departement and more, to discuss interesting topics that help you understand the industry better and how to be a better person. In addition, every episode starts with the Rabbit Hole, an interesting segment that you get to discover what has kept the guests caught up this week (and lost in the sauce). I find this podcast a great asset to be better at what I do and also to hear a different perspective from marketers that work with brands. To know more, give it a listen on Soundcloud or Itunes!

3 – The FML Podcast

The FML Podcast is a lifestyle podcast that invites different people from Montreal to talk about what they do and to learn more about their life. The hosts Freddy Lloyd and Lito Brigante are entertaining and they are not afraid to ask questions to their guests. FML Podcast’s often tackle what’s is happening in the society today and you hear their thoughts about social media, revolving news and more. I initially heard about this podcast when I was in Toronto for Influence Toronto where I had the chance to be featured in an episode alongside Nalie, give it a listen HERE! Most of their guests are from Montreal such as Thierry Lindor, Dr. Laurie Betito, Unfortunately, most of their podcasts got removed and you only have access to 11 of them so far on their Soundcloud but you get access to more of their content on their Youtube Channel (and also see people’s reaction!), they release new content every week!

4 – L’HEURE DU PUNCH

Every second Thursday, the host Rose Napoleon brings different guests to her studio to discuss who they are and their lifestyle Montreal and treating them with a secret punch during the interview. Their goal is ”to ensure that black youth living in western countries project a positive image in the media” which is well showcased in the choice of their guests. They recently featured my good friend Nkosi from Montreal Got Style, you can hear the episode HERE. In addition, they tackle subjects that are interesting if you are African American, especially if you are from Montreal because they talk about our culture. Both inspiring and entertaining, l’Heure Du Punch is a podcast that will make you local thought leaders. Give it a listen on ItunesSoundcloud or Youtube Channel.

Here are the 4 podcasts that you should give a listen (especially if you are from Montreal!) Send me a message once you listen to them, I am curious to know your thoughts and leave a comment below if you have other podcasts that I should be listening!
